FOX FUTURE, a long-term investment in new sound stages, advanced production facilities and office space, will go through a multi-step approval process with the City of Los Angeles. The project will be considered by the Los Angeles City Planning Commission, the Planning and Land Use Management Committee (PLUM) and the Los Angeles City Council.
As part of this process, the City released for public review a Notice of Preparation (NOP) for FOX FUTURE on February 14, 2024, to provide information regarding the project and begin preparing an environmental impact report for it. The NOP was circulated for a 30-day public review and comment period during which a Scoping Meeting was held on February 28, 2024.
